1、All the core making is done in the production line, which does not need cross-cutting equipment and thus eliminate the quality problems caused by manual laminated, stacked and iron yoke remove;
2、Triangle three-dimensional wound core can eliminate inter stress after annealing treatment, and there is no high magnetic drag in any magnetic circuit. And therefore the no-load loss and field current reduce greatly, the test shows that the no-load loss is 40-50% lower than that of traditional transformer and the no-load current reduces by 90%;
3、For the triangle tree-dimensional wound core is made of non-stop silicon steel with only a few joints and therefore the noise caused by the inconsistent of magnetic circuit will not produced, and the noise reduced by 10-15db, and even can reach the quiet state.
