- Core: selection of 0.3mm thick of high performance of magnetic silicon steel sheet, 45° wide ramp joints, three-step lap, no punching, the surface is coated with epoxy resin, and therefore rust-proof, low loss and low noise.
2. Coil:
High-voltage coil: it applies the continuous structure of high mechanical and good cooling, and then through the impregnation of the H-class solvent-free varnish and the high temperature baking and therefore can bear the thermal shock and no cracking, it can also be recovered after decomposition and environment protection.
Low voltage coil: it applies the foil structure with the NOMEX as the layer insulation material and therefore has strong ability of short-circuit resistance and high mechanical property. The winding has been through two times of vacuum impregnation and therefore has strong ability of four protections, that is, anti-moisture anti-fungal, anti-salt spray and anti-weak acid.
