Shunt reactors are used in the power grid system, to inhibit the end line voltage rise for the line capacity reactive in the transmission lines of light load. The connection of the shunt reactor can reduce the potential supply current of the system earthing fault, which is useful to eliminate the self -excitation of the generator. For the large capacity, the resin cast reactors are usually single phase reactor, form three phase reactor by three piece of single phsde reactors. The shunt reactor core developed by CNEKE, is made of the radial overlapping silicon steel, discoil overall vacuum cast molding, and therefore has the features of accurancy resistance value, low loss, solid structure, low noise level.

- The core shunt reactors of CNEKE are all F-class high temperature insulation products. The product are of the following typical features: flame-retardant, fire-proof, explosion-proof, safe use. The winding are seal and moisture-proof, ONAN, it can start directly, maintenance-free during the long operation period, safety, long service life which can meet the 30 years of the thermal aging life cycle, solid insulation, low partial discharge of generally less than 5pc, strong ability withstanding the voltage. It is with the enhanced glass fiber package, strong anti-short circuit, and there is no crack and increased partial diascharge if the short-circuit happens, good stability of the thermal, strong overload ability.
- the installation site: indoors. air ONAN or forced ONAF. Ambient temperature: -10℃~+40℃. The top altitude is 1000m F-class insulation level. The installation site should be clean, no harmful or corrosive gases and steams, no conductive or explosive dust. the indoor installation site should be clean, good ventilation and propriate atomosphere condition. When the installation site are the basement or other space limiting space, there should be good ventilation, genenrally each 1KW loss should have ≥4m/3min air ventilation.
