SRN-M series high temperature of the Baptist transformer
1. This series of product is based on the production of SC9 dry-type transformer and S9 series oil-immerse transformer and the SG10 open ventilation dry type power transformer and the advanced technology from abroad. The products applies the combination of the NOMEX® material and the high burning oil, and then through several times of impregnation of the H-class solvent-free varnish technology to improve the thermal standing and the mechanical property.
2. it applies the whole sealed structure and the air-cushion type and pressure release calve protection to improve the high and low pressure casing. It applies the whole insulation structure, and therefore not only reduces the size but can also protect the personal safety. It has the features of maintenance-free, strong ability of overload, and can run safely with 120% overload. The body of the transformer is designed according to the standard of S11, the no-load loss is 30% lower than that of S9, and the noise is lower than 46Db.

- 1. The transformer applies the whole sealed structure. The oil is separated form the air and thus slows down the aging speed. The surface is static sprayed, and therefore it is beautiful and corrosion-resistant.
2. It applies the insulation system based on the NOMEX®, the coil will not be aging and thermal breakdown even the transformer is overload. And the transformer can remain the high mechanical and technical property during its use.
3. The redesigned coil oil reduces the humidity.
4. The redesigned oil tank enhances the cooling space and ensures that the oil will not be aging with overload.
