110KV power transformer

110KV series power transformer is the new type of products that produced on the basis of the new advanced technology. It has the features of low loss, low noise, strong ability of withstanding short-circuit, and running safely. There are four types as following:
1. S10, SF10 series of two-non-excited winding surge of cold (or air-cooled) low noise transformer series: 6300-120000KVA, linked in the three-phase non-excited-load switch, the operation is synchronous and can be operated on the top or the lower part. The company can produce the products according to the special requirements of the users. For example: the high voltage and the small capacity: 2000-5000KVA; the extraordinary capacity: 160000-240000KVA; ultra-low loss, low noise; non-standard impedance, non-standard voltage.
2. SZ10, SF10 double winding OLTC cold cooling (air-cooled) low noise transformer series: 6300-90000KVA, this series adopts the V-type or M-type switch (imports, assembly imports, domestic, designed by the users)

Technical characteristics
1. Low loss: the no-load loss is 25% lower than the standard of GB6451-1999, and the load loss is 15% lower than the state standard of GB6451-1995
2. Low noise: the cooling noise reached the level of lower than 60Db, and 20Db lower than the national general standard. We can produce the products according to requires of the users.
3. Low partial discharge: we brought in the modern enterprise management mode for the production of 110 KV transformers, the whole process of the production is clean, with metal in the body and the round insulation, the partial discharge is lower than 100pc.
4. Strong ability of withstanding short-circuits: the transformer has got the national certification and thus ensures that the transformer will not be damaged by the sudden short-circuit.
5. Aesthetic outlook: the oil tank is bending corrugated, with entire mill degusted, EFI powder paint, wide movie style radiators and never fade. The transformer applies the high voltage casing leads way or cable leads way.
6. No leakage: all the sealed is limited import seal. And we can sure that it never leakages.
Characteristics of the products structure
1. Coil: the high-voltage coil of the small and medium size is entangled-the continuous way, and that of the large capacity is inner continuous way to improve the impulse voltage shock. The coil vertically distributes, and is all the oriented oil circulation structure to lower the winding temperature fluctuant; the product life is 30 years. The coil is with the hardware support, dual-shoring of the dovetail pad. The platform clips from the top to the bottom is high mechanical property, and capable of withstanding short-circuit. The insulation pieces of body are rounded to reduce the partial discharge volume.
2. Core: it applies the high permeability oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet without hole binding yet the frame structure. The D-shape iron yoke structure provides a large platform area for the coil and the stepped joints. The automatically cut robot brought in from Switzerland to ensure the core burr is 2μ m. the multi-core joints reduces the no-load loss and the no-load current and the noise level.
3. Oil tank: it is divided into the min bell type and the barrel type structure. Bending the entire corrugated board boxes wall. All the seals are limited; the metal pieces of the both inside and outside are all rounded, and the weld and seal of the tank has been test three times for leakage (fluorescence, positive pressure and negative pressure leak test); the paint is according to the rust-proof requirements of the household.
4. GAD: the pressure applies the drying process, and the body pinched applies the BDK-80M synchronous lifting system to ensure the height of the coil.
