SRN open high temperature furnace transformer

Furnace transformer means the industrial smelting power transformer; it is produced on the basis of overload characteristics of running features of the furnace transformer. It mainly includes the electric arc furnace transformer, ladle refining furnace transformer, electro slag furnace transformer, and submerged ac furnace (ferroalloy furnace, calcium carbide furnace, phosphorus furnace, etc.) transformers, power frequency induction furnace transformers, and other exchanges furnace transformer. The furnace transformer produced by our company has the features of low loss, low noise, low temperature fluctuant, reliable, hanging-free and no leakage, and therefore improving the smelting efficiency, and reducing the power consumption and enhancing operation reliability. All its performance has reached the first level and the new standard of JB/T6303-2004, JB/T5344.1-2004, and JB/T10429-2004.

1. The iron core adopts the more than 30Q130 performance silicon steel sheet and applies the slitting line and the horizontal cut line forming shear, and therefore it has small burr cut. The folded core applies the all-core ramp joints of multi-step and therefore ensures the low no-load loss, low no-load current and low noise. The core installation clamping pressure applies the nail pull board structure, and therefore it has the high mechanical prosperity. The number of nail pressure has guaranteed the axial strength of the body transformer. The body equipped with the six advanced direction and 10 targets measures and thus ensures the features of hanging-free.
2. Coil applies the high-purity semi-hard copper Nomax® wrapped way and therefore effectively the wire loss. Turn insulation applies the Nomax® cardboard of DuPont Company, using the features of good dielectric properties, not aging, thermal stability and therefore effectively short-circuit resistant ability. 3. The transformer applies the counter-oil capsule and therefore effectively slows down the aging speed of the oil. And it adopts the vacuum casting way and thus improves the insulation level.
4. There is temperature controlling system in the transformer with the Pt platinum. The top of the tank is equipped with the pressure release valve, and the oil reservoir is with the magnetic needle-meter oil. The high and low voltage casing applies the anti-pollution net oil ceramic casing, and it can be used in the re-grading environmental pollution places. The second lead stainless steel plate and the trunk terminal boxes are generous look and easy operation.
