10-35 KV grade SG 10 H-class insulation cool air dry-type transformer
SG 10 series transformer is the first class of certificated products that produced by the cooperation of CNEKE and the DuPont Company, and it is also the first product that experienced three special test-F1 level combustion test, F2 level environmental test, and the C2 level climate experiment (-45℃ climate experiment). It is also the first products that have been gained the certification of the UL of America. SG 10 products gained the honor of “ innovation key of the national project of 2001”, and the honor of “ national torch program”, “ national spark program” and the honor of “ the state’s key new products” and the certification of “national key new products” of 2002, and the certification of “signs of national environmental products” of 2003.

- 1. SG 10 series applies the NOMEX® material as the insulation material, and therefore it keeps the mechanical and technical property during the use. The NOMEX® is not aging; it has good resistance of shrink and compression, with strong elastic and therefore ensures that the coil structure remains close after years of use and can withstand short-circuit.

- The product has the advantages of good resistance of thermal shock, good ability of overload, flame-retardant, not sensitive to the humidity and the dust. And therefore it is widely used in the places such as airport, subway, power plant, metallurgical, hospital and skyscraper, shopping center and residential districts, petrochemical, nuclear station and nuclear submarine where the requirements of the flame-retardant and the load fluctuant is high. The underground power transformer is the most ideal substation system.
