SG(C) B10 series C-class insulation dry-type power transformer

Innovation
The transformer applies the continuous structure; the top of the high voltage adopts the dust-proof circle, the center with the insulation circle and the temperature of the top and the end of the high-voltage winding is more balanced. It is more reliable than the originally continuous structure (without insulation in center circle). The low voltage winding applies the arc lead platoon, and it is more efficient of the iron space utilization than the straight lead platoon.
a. C-class insulation: the SGB (C) 10 C- class series of open dry-type transformer is developed on the successful experience of SG10 series H-class transformer of 35KV, 20KV, 10KV, and it applies the advanced high-voltage insulation technology of DuPont.
b. Safety: all the materials are flame-retardant, non-toxic. There are no toxic fumes produced under the 800℃ high temperature. The SG10 series are the most safe dry-type transformer.
c. Reliable: the high and low-voltage coil of the SG10 series products apples the special technology, material and process, and thus improve the reliability of the products and the ability of thermal shock and that of the overload and lower the noise.
d. Environmental protection: the SG10 type products can be recovered after decomposition and therefore makes breakthrough the pattern of the products cannot be recovered. The products set off a revolution of a cycle of green economy and create a harmonious economic development pattern.
e. Strong ability of overload: the SG10 type products have the features of good cooling system, long high temperature life, and strong overload ability. And the products can run safely under the 120% overload. And they can run for a long time without the force cooling system under the circumstance of IP23 or IP45.
