The expert thought that through those measurements, the electricity tariffs can be cut down, and the power generation business can increase the utilize effeciency of the equipment, and ensure the stable operation of generationg units, and thus reduce the electricity cost and to realize the peak tariff policy and therefore achieve the tripartite win-win of generating, supplying and useing the electricity.Take last year for example, the largest stagger peak value is 7.84 million kilowatts, and the avoiding peak value is 13.41 million kilowatts, load controll is 5 million kilowatts during the period of June to Auguust of 2007.
