Trade and Industry Bureau Shanghai Fengxian Branch seized the counterfeit products 28 TGCK (GCK) LV switchgear and some cicuit breakers, and other components (all the counterfeit products have been sealed up for keeping in EK Group by the Commerce and Industry Shanghai Fengxian Branch) in Shanghai Tianbao Electric Co. Ltd workshop on May 27. Along the trial, the branch also found 9 piece of counterfeit products of EK Group of KYN28A-12 HV switchgear and 18 piece of TGCK（GCK）LV switchgear , total value of 2.234701 million yuan. And the products have been transported to Hong Yuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. The selling fake products members Chen Peng, Tan Maolin, Wnag Wei have all been arrested who sike the EK Group official seals, the contract seal, financial seal, legal representative seal, and the criminal group signed contract with Hong Yun Real Estate posing as legal representative of EK Group.

The case has been transferred to Fengxian public security of economic check sub-bureau for the big amount of infringement, and bad effect.

Now, the personator Wang Wei, Tan Maolin, vice present of Shanghai Tian Bao Electric Co., Ltd has been arrested by Fengxian District Procuratorate, yet Chen Peng, juridical person of Shanghai Tian Bao Electric Co., Ltd are still remain at large. The EK Group wish to conclude the case as early as possible to safeguard the diginity of the law, to severely punish the counterfeiting to protect the development of EK Group.
